About me
I guess I am a typical Australian guy. Love my footy, my food and my outdoors. Grew up in the outer suburbs of the Illawarra region of NSW. Weekends generally spent at the beach with mates or playing sport. I developed a taste for photography whilst working in the NSW ski fields one ski season and never looked back.
WORK PROCESS
Having taught myself the art of photography to start off with, I appreciate what it takes to get the "out of the ordinary" photo.
Sure, I have undertaken studies to improve my skills but that can only take you so far. My photos reflect my passions, they help me to document my mood or way of thinking at that precise moment.
I would hate to think that my photos are just a carbon copy, something repeated over and over till it turns to the norm! Photos, in my thinking, are supposed to express! They show what is out there to be seen and felt, They are meant to encourage you to go out of your way and see things from another angle.
They force you to appreciate that what is documented in that picture can never be again, that moment in time has past!
